Kombucha’s health-promoting properties include the regulation of intestinal flora (thereby regulating intestinal activities), cellular strengthening, antibiotic effects and balancing of pH levels. - Natural non-chlorinated water
- Organic white sugar
- Black tea
Directions
Take 1 or more tbsp. every morning upon waking, mixed in a glass of warm water (preferably boiled or non-chlorinated) or juice.
