Often referred to by people as the best falafel in town! Our falafel is made using activated chickpeas, and pure herbs and spices. Although theyare healthy, they are also moreish. Prepare them at home, just add water and bake or fry, then gobble them up freshly made. This is a truly great classic falafel. Makes approximately 24 falafel with a total cooked weight of around 480g. Ingredients Chickpeas, onion, parsley, cumin, coriander, cilantro, garlic, turmeric, Kalahari Desert salt, black pepper, white pepper, chilli, baking soda Directions (for half the pack approx 10 - 12 falafel)- Empty 1 pouch of dry mix into a bowl.- Add 200 ml of boiling water and give it a quick mix for no longer than 30 seconds.- Cover the mixture with a plate and let it stand for 10 minutes. - Roll into balls of about 2 cm in diameter, then flatten into discs for shallow frying or baking. - Pan Fry 3 minutes eaxh side or bake for 18 minutes.
