A rich and creamy cashew-based 'cheese' made with fermented raw cashews seasoned with Himalayan salt and matured for 4 weeks to grow the blue mould veins typical of gorgonzola cheese. The mould imparts a robust, yeasty flavour that pairs excellently with jams and preserves. Fauxmage Gorgonzola style cheese is a must on any vegan cheese board.

Directions
