To make 1 large loaf
Preheat oven to 170 degrees and grease a loaf tin,
Mash 3 ripe bananas (300 g) in a bowl with a fork
Add 2 eggs, ½ cup (120ml) milk of choice and whisk.
Add Nana Loaf Premix and whisk until well combined.
Pour into loaf tin and bake for 35 minutes (knife should come out clean)
Serve with yoghurt, berries and nut butter.
