Barry has outdone himself again this time around with a new Japanese Matcha flavoured sourdough bread.  This superfood is now combined with the artisan sourdough to bring you an incredible healthy loaf that will benefit you in so many ways. Matcha (Green Tea) has antiviral and antioxidant properties.  These incredible components inhibit the growth of cancer cells, unblock arteries, prevent bad LDL cholesterol and promote good HDL cholesterol levels.  It also promotes healthy energy consumption within the body, thereby reducing fat.

Another great addition to our Bread Wall is the banting, low carb loaf from Everyday Banting.

Banting Bread

This range of bread products was developed for those truly committed to a banting/LCHF lifestyle, but who still want to enjoy the pleasures of what bread makes possible.

It is the same shape and size as the standard Dumpy loaf and weighs over 700g, so it makes a proper sandwich and can be used for a burger without falling apart or going soggy. It also makes French toast and can be used for toasted sandwiches in a snackwich machine.

This is a real food – every ingredient is fresh, and there are no nasty preservatives or weird chemicals, so it does have a limited shelf-life and doesn’t like being stored in plastic – that is why it is sold in a paper wrapper. But it freezes well and keeps for months.
